На ЧСЗ состоялась закладка второго универсального судна для голландской
компании «Damen Shipyards Bergum»
3 сентября на горизонтальном стапеле Черноморского
судостроительного завода состоялась торжественная закладка киля универсального
судна проекта CF 3850 с заводским номером 9410 для голландской компании «Damen
Shipyards Bergum».
В торжественном митинге приняли участие представители «Damen
Shipyards Bergum», председатель
облгосадминистрации Николай Круглов, глава областного совета Татьяна Демченко,
руководители областных органов государственной власти, ведущих предприятий
области.
Согласно условиям контракта, судно планируется передать заказнику
в июне 2011 года. ГАХК ЧСЗq произведёт монтаж корпусных конструкций, винто-рулевого
комплекса, общесудовых систем, окраску, изоляцию и зашивку помещений. Судно
предназначено для перевозки сухих грузов и контейнеров. Проектная скорость
контейнеровоза - 12,3 узлов, а максимальная нагрузка – 193 контейнера типа TEU.
Длина судна составляет 88,6 м, ширина – 12,5 м., высота борта – 7 м., дедвейт -
3,800 тонн, осадка - 5,4 м.
Проект данного контейнеровоза будет
несколько отличаться от первого судна, которое было спущено на воду в марте 2010 года.
Изменения коснутся некоторых судовых механизмов, трубопроводов. На судне будет
установлена совершенно новая надстройка, зерновые переборки и специальные
бортовые стаканы для установки твиндечных платформ в трюме.
В соответствии с новой резолюцией «Международной
морской организации» (ИМО) окраска судна будет вестись по новой системе. На
предприятии будут впервые внедрены стандарты ИМО требующие специальной
подготовки персонала и усиленной схемы подготовки поверхности под окраску.
Представитель компании «Damen Shipyards Bergum» Ремко Боума:
«Это второе судно серии, которые
мы строим на ЧСЗ. Прошлое судно было успешно передано нам и сейчас
достраивается в Голландии. К сожалению,
финансовый кризис не дал нам возможности продолжить эту серию в своё время.
Этот контракт стал первым заключённым с предприятием после начала финансового
кризиса. Мы желаем работникам и менеджменту завода хорошо поработать над заказом.
Надеюсь, что мы сможем и дальше
продолжать успешное сотрудничество с ЧСЗ.»

крупное системное предприятие. Поэтому стратегия развития завода заключается в

благоприятные условия для развития судостроительного бизнеса».
Генеральный директор ГАХК «ЧСЗ» Валерий Калашников:
«Совместно с управляющей
компанией мы прилагаем усилия для привлечения на завод новых заказчиков. Сегодня мы находимся в стадии
переговоров с греческой компанией «Avin International S.A.». по вопросу цены возможного заказа и срокам его постройки. Если нам
удастся в ближайшее время задействовать большой стапель завода, то это станет
значительным шагом вперёд для предприятия».
Председатель
Николаевской областной государственной администрации Николай Круглов:
«Мы многое потеряли за последние 5
лет, когда власть лишила судостроение государственной поддержки. Но главное,
что сегодня завод начал работать, что во главе его, наконец, стоит
судостроитель, что есть реальные перспективы получения новых заказов. С малого
начинается большое. Уже сегодня у Вас есть работа, заработная плата,
уверенность в завтрашнем дне. Мы, со своей стороны, уверенны, что у
Черноморского судостроительного завода есть будущее».
Глава областного совета Татьяна Демченко:
«Завод пережил не лучшие времена,
но они в прошлом. Сегодня у нас есть новая команда специалистов в
правительстве, новое руководство облгосадминистрации. Всё это должно
способствовать тому, чтобы завод работал. Я желаю Вам развития и процветания».

ChSY – a partner of sailing regatta in memory of Yury Makarov From 21st till 24th of August in Nikolaev region traditional All Ukrainian regatta among cruiser yachts on sailing on “Yuri Makarov’s Cup 2010” will take place. Competitions are timed to Independence Day of Ukraine and are held under the second international festival of extreme sports “Wind of Freedom”. Sailing cup was established in 2002 in memory of eminent soviet shipbuilder Yury Ivanovich Makarov, ChSY General Director from 1979 till 1994, one of the creators of USSR shipbuilding branch. Annually more than 40 cruiser yachts, divided into 5 groups, take part in the competition. This year the regatta will pass for the following itinerary: Nikolaev – Ochakov – Tendrovskaya spit and will finish in Nikolaev by festive award of winners 24th of August. Sailing Federation of Nikolaev region together with regional yacht club became organizers of All Ukrainian regatta with the assistance of Chernomorsky Shipbuilding Yard. ChSY General Director Valery Kalashnikov: “Today possibility emerged to support organizers and regatta participants, moreover that among them there are a lot of shipwrights. We are intended to go on famous traditions, laid in the shipyard by Yury Ivanovich Makarov. One of them is a support of sailing by the enterprise in Nikolaev region”. A member of National Union of Journalists of Ukraine, Yury Ivanovich’s widow, Nadezhda Makarova: “It is pleasant that ChSY appeared as a sponsor of competitions, as Yury Ivanovich did a lot for sailing section in the town .Our yacht club got new modern equipment. It is symbolic that ChSY helps the town by social projects, and regional administration, in the person of Nikolay Kruglov, does all he can for shipbuilding branch”. “Wind of freedom” will gather yachtsmen, rockers, skydivers, musicians and bikers from all over the world for the participation in the extreme show for the second time this year. “CSY” concluded contract for the building of a container vessel
Under the terms of contract, the vessel is planned to transfer in June 2011. Hull mass is 1000 tons.
SJSHC “ChSZ” will perform the mounting of hull
constructions, ship’s service systems, painting, insulation and a plating of
accomodations. The vessel is intended for transportation of dry cargoes and
containers. A container vessel design speed is 12,3 knots, and the maximum
loading capacity – 193 containers of TEU type. The vessel length is
Also during the negotiation the sides discussed the possibility of concluding a contract for the construction of two more vessels of this type by the end of the year.
It will be recalled that the construction of the order was begun in December 2008. But soon, in connection with crisis of bank branch, it was stopped by in mutual understanding. July 26 present year, enterprise management, together with customer’s representatives reached agreement of the further construction of the vessel. The first vessel of the series was launched in March 2010.
The representative of the company “Damen Shipyards Bergum” Remko Bouma: “We are completely satisfied with the quality of work that CSY can offer. In the past we had hard times, but I'm sure they are gone. I think that the successful execution of this order will necessarily lead us to new profitable contracts.”

ChSY resumes cooperation with
Chernomorsky Shipbuilding Yard and Greek company “Avin International S.A.” signed a letter of intent to resume tanker and series of bulk carriers building cooperation.
The meeting of ChSY specialists with long-time Greek partners (companies cooperated from 1993 till 2002), as well as with other major ship owners and broker companies, was held in the course of business visit of Ukrainian shipbuilders to Greece in 27-31 of July.
During the three-day visit ChSY representatives came
across operator company of vessels management “Ocean Chartering S.A.”, broker
companies “Chris Marine”, “George Moundreas & Company
Besides, ChSY management carried on negotiations with
the President of Greek-Ukrainian Chamber of commerce George Hasaposidimis and
discussed the possibility of ChSY cooperation with the members of Greek Marine
Club in shipbuilding and shiprepairing works.

“Nowadays cooperation revival with Greek party is one of the prospective areas of the yard development. ChSY price and manufacturing capabilities enable the company to compete with Turkish, Romanian, Bulgarian shipyards. And we are intended to use all available capacities, to start both yard slips to the full for enterprise development on the home market and international market”.
